God Knew Us!

Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying:

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you"

Jeremiah 1:4-5a



This verse struck me one day and I had to re-read it a few times over. "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you." He knew us! I was immediately reminded of my childhood.


I don't remember when my parent's gave me my Magnus organ but it was Christmas and I was still attending catholic school (around 7 years old maybe?). Everyday I would sit there and play songs. I loved feeling the keys as I pressed them and the sound that came from the instrument. It was an awesome feeling. Especially since I couldn't read a blip of music and had to use the sticker helps on the keys. But all that mattered was that I was playing my organ. I may have been in the living room, but in my mind I was in the choir loft of the catholic church, playing the huge pipe organ. Below, the rows of seats were empty, except one. That's where Jesus was. I was playing the organ for the Lord, even though the songs were old folk songs, I was playing them for the Lord. And I always wondered why I felt I had to please God.


The most difficult part for me was that the catholic church taught good works. But how do you do good works when someone else is out doing your works and you keep messing up? The perfectionist I was couldn't deal with that. Lord, I want to make you happy but I keep sinning. I was too young to understand. But I still wanted to please the Lord.


To read that God knew us before we were conceived is mind blowing! It means to me that each and every one of us, our souls, were created in heaven. He spent time with us, probably spoke with us. And when it was our time, the Lord sent us to our mother's womb where he carefully crafted our very being ( Psalm 139:13-18)  That's why we have this void within our hearts for something spiritual. It's a void in the shape of God...we are missing Him and searching for Him.




Paul said to Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:8: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."  Finished the good race - this is our life's path, the good race. It's a race back home, back to heaven where we came from. And the only way to do that is to run it with Jesus.


"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me." John 14:6



Unfortunately there are many people who look elsewhere to fill the void in their heart instead of looking to our Creator. Have you? We all have at some point. And there's more. When the Lord spoke about knowing Jeremiah, He also stated to him: "Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5b.


If the Lord told Jeremiah, before he was born what his calling was, what did He say about us? That's my challenge to you. Ask Him today and keep looking up and letting go. Jesus IS coming and we need to get rid of anything that prevents us from getting closer to Him. Time is running out, accept the Lord's salvation today!

Watch and Pray

It's been quite a while since I last posted and as I sit in my front porch writing this, fires are burning out of control in California, volcanos are awakening all over the world, Yellowstone is still churning, there are wars and rumors of wars - North Korea and Russia things are heating up, protests are heating up, hurricanes are heating up along with the ocean temp, earthquakes, sink holes, etc. Signs in the stars and the sky. Things are heating up and getting worse all over the world. The birth pains persist, but in our corners of the world, everything still seems quiet and normal. I hope they are.

All the while, God's Remnant is out there.... preaching God's word and showing people the way to salvation while the church sleeps, unaware how close we are to Jesus's return, and unwilling to repent for drifting away. The watchman still warn of the sword coming, yet the church trudges on sleepily, living their lives the way they want to. Some pastors who were once on fire for the Lord, have also fallen asleep, or made a name for themselves instead of living with Christ's name. Those who have fallen asleep are not even aware of how the wolves have stepped in to their pulpit preaching other ways to heaven instead of Christ. This is the great falling away of the church and she must wake up or she will miss Jesus!

For the time has come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end of them be that obey not the Gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17

These are dark days and they are getting darker....

Jesus knew these days were coming. He foretold of them to his disciples over 2000 years ago and after he ascended to his throne in heaven, he told John and Paul what was to come. Gave them vivid visions and revelations.  But the one thing Jesus stressed while he was still on earth was to watch and pray.

In Matthew 26, we see Jesus spending his last day with his disciples. They just had dinner and were now in the garden of Gethsemane where the burden of his death was bearing down on Jesus. But he still had a lesson for his disciples...namely Peter. After praying, He came to his disciples who were all sleeping and He said to Peter (who must have just awakened), "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." (v41)

Peter was an interesting man. I encourage and challenge you to do a study on him.  At the start of the book of John, we meet Peter and his brother Andrew. Andrew was a follower of John the Baptist, but after Jesus came and was baptized, he decided to follow Jesus instead. (There are references to Peter in each of the four gospels also. It gives a picture of who Peter was before and during his walk with Jesus.)

One of the two which heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother. He first findeth his own brother Simon, and said unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ. And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone. John 1:40-42

Jesus saw Peter and recognized him...knew who he was. Notice the meaning of Cephas is "a stone". Peter became a great preacher after the ressurrection and ascension of Jesus. Did Jesus see this when He met Peter? I believe He did. In Revelation, we find out that God allowed Jesus to see the vision of our future and He, in turn, showed John so it could be written down for our generation.  God warns before He judges.

Peter also was the first stone in the making of the church as we are the last stone in the end of the church. Peter had many failures but God kept Peter near Him, just like He keeps us near Him...purging the sin out of our lives and refining us as gold. And Jesus' warning was prophetic - as He was also speaking to us.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God. Zechariah 13:9

Jesus talked about the signs to look for in the end times on the Mount of Olives in Matthew 24: 3-31. But we are to watch and pray...watch for the signs and look up for the coming of our Savior. Pray for each other, covering each other with the blood of Jesus, and pray for those around us to have hearts ready for the hearing of the word of God. We are also to keep praying that we are ready and that the Lord would use us however He wants to.  Praying God's will the whole way.... It keeps our eyes focused on God and in turn helps us to see over the chaos going on around us so we can see prophecy unfolding. This will help us to see exactly what time it is Biblically.

And don't be afraid of prophecy. The Bible says we aren't supposed to be afraid, but rather rejoice, because we are getting closer to the day when Jesus comes for His bride, the church. Prophecy is a road map of things to come and if you have Jesus this will bring you joy because we will be one step closer to seeing Him face to face.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be no troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not near. (Matthew 24:6)

So keep watching and praying Remnant and Watchmen. Don't give up, God is with you. And pray that the rest of the church wakes up and repents. Remember....FOCUS ON THE LORD!

Jesus Explains Why He Speaks in Parables - God's Revealing of the Mindset of America and the Church

I was led to read the parable of the sower tonight. But as I read the following passages, God began to show me something.


From Matthew 13:10-17


Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Why do You speak to the people in parables?”
11He replied, The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. (Why? Because they see, hear and understand --see v.16)
12Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. (Whoever understands what is said to them will be given more. Whoever disregards what they hear and see, these people won't understand and therefore the knowledge or word from God they received will be ignored. If you turn away from what the Lord is trying to tell you, don't expect another warning to reach you.) 

13This is why I speak to them in parables:
‘Though seeing, they do not see;
though hearing, they do not hear or understand.’
14In them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled: (A reference to Isaiah 6:9-10 When Isaiah told the Lord to send him - he was then told to go the people of Israel and tell them these words until the land was totally forsaken. -- judgement.)

‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.
15For this people’s heart has grown callous;
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
(This was the mindset of Israel at that time and is the mindset of our world now -- Especially America. This is what God was showing me. This is part of the problem with this country and the church also. They fail to see with their eyes that the sword is coming -- those that celebrated the eclipse; they didn't see it as a final warning for our country and the church. Because of this they did what they wanted and ignored the knowledge God was sending to them through his people.  So when judgement hits them, they are overwhelmed, emotional by the chaos and confusion and wonder where God was the whole time. He was right there where they left Him, sending His people to warn them with His word/knowledge.
For example Hurricane Harvey - when it hit Houston the people were unprepared despite the warning from the Governor. But did you notice something strange - the mayor of Houston told the people not to evacuate. He told them the complete opposite. Knowing full well that this hurricane would bring a lot of flooding and destruction. Isn't that what the enemy does? Steps in with the wrong advice and because we don't feel like the situation is a threat, we take it as gospel. This is the seed that was sown on the road that the birds ate v.3. This could also be the seed that was sown in the thorns - as it grew it was choked. )







Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts,
and turn,
and I would heal them.b  (This is what the Lord wants to do in our lives. He wants us to confront our sin, confess it, ask Jesus to be apart of our lives and for the Holy Spirit to help us get through what is coming. If God's people would all get on their knees and repent - turn away from their sin and look to God for everything, He would move mountains for them. He wants to hear from us what we are going through. He wants to hear us acknowledge Him as Father and King. He also wants to hear from those who don't know Jesus but desperately want a better life. He wants you to repent, turn away from your sins and ask Jesus into your life. He wants us to seek him, study His word and in turn He will bless us with understanding.)

16But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. 17For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it. (But at the end the Lord tells his disciples that they are blessed because they see, hear and understand what the prophets and righteous men have always longed for. This is a blessing to those of us who are awake in the church. This represents the seed that was sown in good soil that took root in a solid foundation - the word of God - and grew strong.)

Hannah's Heart





In 1 & 2 Samuel, we are introduced to Elkanah a Ramathain from the hill country of Ephraim, a descendant of Joseph. He had two wives, Peninnah, who had children, and Hannah, who had none. So every year when Elkanah would go up to Shiloh to do the yearly sacrifice, he would give portions of meat to Peninnah and her children, but because he loved Hannah so much he would give her double portions.

“Because the Lord had closed Hannah's womb, her rival kept provoking her in order to irritate her. This went on year after year. Whenever Hannah went up to the house of the Lord, her rival provoked her till she wept and would not eat.” 1 Samuel 1:6-7

It was a horrible situation for Hannah. When I was in my late 20's, I wanted to get pregnant, but it never happened. There was a woman I worked with who had been married for only a few years. She knew how bad my husband and I were trying, so she came up to me and said, “I'm so sorry. I'm pregnant.” That was the most horrible thing anyone had ever said to me. Why did she say it that way? If she would have just said, “Hey I'm pregnant,” I would have been happy for her. But I cried. I had to get up and walk away so no one would see me crying. I didn't want anything to do with her or to see the photos of her baby when she was born. But, because I'm a nice person, I did. I sucked up the hurt and smiled through it.

The common thread that weaves Hannah's story and ours, according to First 5: “We can all be found desperately wanting something that we see the Lord giving to other women. We see Him blessing them in the very areas He's withholding from us. And while these other women may not be obnoxious like Peninnah in their reminders of their blessing and our lack, it's increasingly painful each time we see a reminder. We look at them, and feel set aside.(Lysa Terkeurst)” And that's how I felt that day, being reminded that I wasn't pregnant and this other woman was. Just as Hannah felt.

Hannah's husband asked her why she was crying. “Don't I mean more to you than ten sons?” (v.8) So she got up and went to the doorpost of the tent of worship where Eli was sitting in his chair.

“In her deep anguish Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly. And she made a vow, saying, “Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant's misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.” (vs 10&11) She kept pressing in. She sought God, lifted up her pain and gave Him a promise.



Eli is watching her pray in her heart, moving her lips, but her voice wasn't heard. He thought she was drunk. But as Hannah explains, Eli leaves her with a blessing.



Read this next passage carefully. “Then she went her way and ate something, and her face was no longer downcast. Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the Lord and then went back to their home at Ramah.” This is where we should be. Even before God answered her prayer, she was totally changed, content, and worshiped God.

“The changes in her heart and in her actions were a result of her prayer.” (L.Terkeurst)


“I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all things through him who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:11-12

Hannah had faith that God would answer her and she would repay Him by giving Him the very son she so wanted. Such a sweet and beautiful heart and God knew she would honor her promise. “So in the course of time Hannah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, “Because I asked the Lord for him” (v20). It didn't happen right away.

Sometimes, “God loves us too much to answer our prayer at any other time than the right time (L. Terkeurst). “ And it was Samuel's time. As we keep reading, Eli's sons,Hophni and Phinehas, were scoundrels. It was time to clean this Levitical house.

Don't Try To Understand



There are times when I pray that I don't hear a word from the Lord. But then there are times that His voice is loud and clear. I have spent many days praying and doing spiritual warfare on Trump's behalf, since his campaign trail. I prayed with a ferver when he got in and up until recently my spiritual warfare reached a crescendo. That's when the Lord told me to stop praying for Trump. He had him, but He needed me to pray for his church and His remnant. So I did, but in the back of my mind I was trying to understand why.

Spiritual warfare is intense and when you are putting yourself in the gap for someone, their lives become important to you. For example, Jared and Ivanka pushing out those Trump placed in his cabinet and replacing them with more bankers - like in the previous administration. Also selling the same old lies that Obama tried to sell us concerning Assad and his chemical attack on his own people, who he was protecting from Isis. I saw opportunities to keep praying for Trump. Besides where were the spiritual leaders who prayed over him on his campaign trail and prayed at his inauguration?

"It's time." I saw the signs and a few other confirmations, but I couldn't help but think I had failed and I told him so. "You haven't failed."

"But I'm trying to understand what is going on with Trump and why he's not paying attention to what Jared and Ivanka are doing?"

"Don't try to understand just accept what is happening and rest in my word."

Wow! Isaiah 55:8 says it all. "My thoughts are not your thoughts." We don't understand sometimes when God pulls us away from something that has meant so much to us.  But He knows what He's doing and we must accept it in faith and move on.   There are more opportunities out there that the Lord has for us and more people who need us. I agreed and had noticed that I needed to back away from all this. I needed a rest.

Resting in God's word means to me that I need to get back into the Bible....back to the basics. The one thing that I love to do is read God's word and find new treasures. But it made me curious so I did some research on Biblehub.com and I found this for "resting in the Lord" instead.  Here are the results:

Rest in the Lord] Or Be still before (Heb. be silent to) the Lord (R.V. marg.), in the calmness of faith. Cp. Psalm 62:1; Psalm 62:5; and for illustration see Isaiah 7:4; Isaiah 30:15. (Cambridge Bible for Schools and Colleges)

Verse 7. - Rest in the Lord; literally, be silent; i.e. do not murmur; make no complaint; be silently acquiescent and resigned. And wait patiently for him. Be content to await his time, which is sure to be the right time. Meanwhile possess your soul in patience. Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way (comp. ver. 1, of which this brings out the sense). It is when the ungodly prosper that the righteous are apt to repine. Because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. It is the success of the ungodly in their wicked plots and schemes which especially vexes the righteous (see Job 9:24; Job 12:6; Job 21:7-9: 24:2-12; Psalm 72:5-12, etc.). (Pulpit Commentary)


Notice the highlighted words. Being patient, no complaining....Yeah I need a lot of work on that. Being calm. Reading God's word does calm me. I've noticed whenever I'm upset or crying that the Lord will tell me to read His word.

So I let go of it all and got back to my Bible. I'm noticing my love for God's word again and I feel more rested. The Lord is also showing me things I need to deal with, things I spent years pushing aside because I was busy working.

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
Psalm 55:22

My challenge to you -- If you have never read the Bible or have gotten away from it, ask the Lord which book He wants you to start with. Read a chapter or two a day and focus on what God is trying to teach you. Ask Him to show you the treasures that are in His word and write them down in a journal. When you need encouragement, read your entries and you may notice just how much you've grown spiritually.

Keep Watch...Keep Looking Up

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.” Matthew 24:36-39

This is so wild! It's happening! The stars and planets are aligned like in the days before Jesus was born and in Rev. 12. And now I'm hearing of a full solar eclipse that will take place on August 21. It will start in Oregon and move across the US to the east coast. That, to me, is a sign. Will it be a foreshadowing of an attack on our country from the southern border that will move quickly across our country? The Bible says it will be suddenly upon us...without warning.

"Disaster will come upon you, and you will not know how to conjure it away. A calamity will fall upon you that you cannot ward off with a ransom; a catastrophe you cannot foresee will suddenly come upon you." Isaiah 47:11

Right now there are gang members and ISIS amassing at our southern border. The border patrol was calling on Trump for help. I heard about this a few weeks ago. Will this be the demonized military force that will behead people like in the visions others are having?

Following the eclipse, on September 23, the virgin will give birth to her male child. In Revelation 12 we are given an account of this.

A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.” Revelation 12:1-5

It's the position and alignment of the stars and planets. For years I could never figure this out until now. It all makes sense. It would have to be. A few weeks ago I shared on social media about this alignment. It happened months ago....in December, 2016. That was when Jupiter entered the virgin's womb and rotated inside. The red dragon has been positioned outside the womb to eat her child.


This was the same position the heavens were in when Jesus was born. Is this the sign right before the dead in Christ rise to be with Jesus with the church following (1 Thessalonians 4:16)? Watch video below:




My challenge to you
Look up the original Biblical purpose for the stars... what God intended for them to be. The constellations weren't originally called the zodiac. That's a pagan thing Satan started to take our eyes off of God. The constellations were created to teach people God's word... God's plan for us chiseled in the stars. The book of Enoch speaks of the stars having names. And there are stars that have been imprisoned for not being present before the Lord when He called them. You'll find out there's a whole lot more to God's creation than what you t knew. It's an interesting study.



The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.” Revelation 12:6

This is a reference to Israel and Matthew 24:16-21, So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’aspoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. The woman is Israel and when the “abomination of desolation” appears in the temple, the Israelis are to flee into the mountains. For years Bible scholars said the place to flee to would be Petra. And in history, the Jews would hide in caves in the mountains to hide from the enemy.

He Never Disappoints

The Lord laid this on my heart and I needed to share it with you.

If your life is being shaken up and you don’t know what’s going on, God may be trying to tell you something. When you try everything, go everywhere to fill that emptiness inside your heart, and the next day you feel worse, God is trying to get your attention.  He is purposefully shaking up your world and denying you anywhere to find comfort so you will only have Him to go to. He is pursuing you because you are worth it.

Whatever you are going through, no matter how bad you have screwed up your life, or how out-of-control you see your family as, God wants you to take it to Him.  Don’t get upset at Him and stop blaming Him. Just let it all go and give it to him. He cares for our family better than we ever could.




JESUS DIED AND ROSE FROM THE DEAD SO YOU COULD HAVE SALVATION AND A BETTER LIFE. Being saved means being forgiven, being able to go straight to God, in Jesus’ name, when you do something wrong, need forgiveness, have a decision to make, etc. It means someone bigger will take our worries and fears off of us and help us to move on to the next thing in our lives.

THE LORD WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU! He wants to show you who He is and who Jesus really was in the Bible – His Word. He also has a plan for your life and wants to show it to you. So let go of everything, ask God to help you understand what’s going on in your life; to trust Him and ask for forgiveness of your sins. Accept the gift God gave us – Jesus – and accept his grace over your life.

COME AS YOU ARE. Don’t think you have to be perfect. He wants you where you are at. I will tell you God is worth it. He pursued me time and time again, helped us through the tough times, and has changed our lives for the better. I tell you let it go! And let God in. He never disappoints.



 Lord, thank you for your Son and the sacrifice He made for me on the cross. Come in to my heart and change my life. Show me what you have planned for me so I can bring glory to your name. In Jesus name, Amen.
